Mountain vacations or Mountain living – you can do either here! La Porte, Little Grass Reservoir and the surrounding forest is THE outdoor mountain mecha. Year-round recreation, services and an amazing community make this area THE place to be. During the winter, many of the cabins here have snowmobile access only. At 1805 Aristocracy, the roads are plowed, you’ll be a short walk to the restaurant/bar and the store + you’ll be able to recreate right from the cabin. The Cabin - a gorgeous home in any location, is currently set up to sleep 10-12 comfortably. The split-level layout is made for multiple bedrooms and niches for beds - there are beds everywhere! The interior is decked out in knotty pine giving it a warm mountain feel and that is the same for the massive kitchen and dining area. Beautiful cabinets everywhere and massive amounts of counter space make this cabin highly functional. Adjacent is the giant living room allowing everyone to gather and stay plenty warm by the giant wood stove. Bedroom 1 is downstairs, it’s giant too + a slider to the lower deck. Upstairs sleeping – you just have to look at the pictures! The 3rd level – yes, another huge bedroom with access to the upper deck. The upper deck doubles as covered parking (which is paved!), it is newer and built with all-weather composite. The lower deck by bedroom 1 (covered BTW) is also accessible from the separate mudroom/gear storage room. Keep going? 3 storage containers all connected, trussed and roofed means you’ll have the equivalent of 3-car garage including an attic area above, with access + power. Aside from the kitchen table and personal items, this cabin can be purchased furnished and outfitted with backup generators.
